Smart Staff is new feature introduced for NUAPortal to keep all staff applications in one area. But it’s not just apps it’s also security making teaching more secure and flexible.
NUAPotal has new applications installed into the system, which consist of third-party or tailored made applications from the request of the academy’s staff members. We’ve made it more easier to troubleshoot any problems you may be facing by simply raising tickets or looking over our support page to see any common solutions.
The new status checker powered by Atlassian is a powerful tool to keep users updated on any downtime on apps or system failures. We’ve made NUAPortal into a system where less updates are required and more monitoring on applications improvements.
FICS - Contact | It's better
FICS – Contact is an internal system that allows staff to raise any maintence tickets within rooms or devices that they have loaned by the academy. We do our very best to ensure all repairs are carried out instantly so the teaching day isn’t disrupted.

Every tailored made app within NUAPortal has now got a new feature called “Report a bug”. If you’re facing issues with one of the apps on the system we ask you to report it. Our devlopers get to work on reviewing any issues.
